I am a qualified and experienced Person-Centred Counsellor, but I do integrate a wide range of techniques and theories, tailoring my approach to suit you. My practice offers counselling, mindfulness, meditations, sound, shamanic practices, creativity and compassion and I would like to share these skills and support you in finding the strength to care for yourself and to be the person you feel you really are.
