Counselling

Does life feel like a balancing act?  Do your days feel like you are walking a tightrope and your nights are spent lying awake, struggling with anxiety, perfectionism and feeling overwhelmed?

Do you feel you are just racing through life with no direction or control?

Perhaps you are trying to rebuild your life after a loss or bereavement?

Therapy can help you make sense of what has happened, or is happening, to you.

I can help you to find your way forward.

Can I help you?

It takes courage to examine your problems and painful feelings.  Maybe you are at a standstill, feeling stuck, but don’t know what is wrong or how to begin to change it.

Having an understanding of where you have come to and where you are going can empower you to change patterns that don’t work for you anymore.  You can then move forward, define yourself better and live your life with more authenticity and purpose.

I can support you in taking the first very positive steps towards regaining a sense of peace, validation and bring more happiness into your life.

Boarding School

Boarding School Syndrome is a very real, increasingly recognised, psychological condition which affects ex boarders.

Are you an ex boarder?  Was your experience positive, negative or indifferent?

Would you like to bring some understanding to the way your childhood experiences may have influenced the way you have lived, or live your life?

I work with ex boarders or their partners, children or parents.

“This we know:
The Earth does not belong to man, man belongs to the Earth.
All things are connected like the blood that unites one family.
Man did not weave the web of life, he is merely a strand in it.
Whatever he does to the web, he does unto himself”.
